EXHIBITORS
All exhibitors agrees to obtain, at its own expense, any licenses or permits which are required for the operation of its trade or business during the term of the Show and to pay all taxes, including all applicable sales taxes, of any nature or kind that may be levied against it as a result of the operation of its trade or business in its contracted space. It is not the responsibility of WhenEver Events to monitor the individual activity of each exhibitor. However, If an exhibitor is identified as a problem for the customers we reserve the right to remove the exhibitor from our services.
Exhibitors and users will not play, perform, broadcast, or reproduce at the show, or include in any materials for use in show promotion, any music, television or radio broadcast, or any third party copyrighted photo or material, or material that is subject to other third party proprietary rights (“Work”). Exhibitor and users agree to
indemnify, defend and hold harmless WhenEver Events and the facility (and their respective officers,
directors, employees, insurers, agents, representatives, and those for whom Exhibitor is responsible in law) against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, and damages (including legal fees and expenses) costs and charges arising from or as a result of any unauthorized use of any Work by Exhibitor or user, its agents, representatives, employees, and those for whom Exhibitor is responsible in law.
WhenEver Events shall have the right to establish and amend or modify any regulations governing the show. Exhibitors must comply with direction from the WhenEver Event staff. WhenEver Events reserves the right, in its sole and unfettered discretion to determine the eligibility of Exhibitors and exhibits for the Show; reject or remove exhibits, Exhibitors, Exhibitor personnel or promotional activities that WhenEver Events considers objectionable, inappropriate, disruptive or dangerous; change or modify the layout of the Show and/or relocate exhibits or Exhibitors to comparable space; cancel, in whole or in part, the Show due to an event of force majeure; or change the date, location, and duration of the Show; without any liability to WhenEver Events.

WhenEver Events can not control weather, internet, power or have control over other acts of God. I/We hereby waive, release and forever discharge WhenEver Events, and its officers, agents, employees, representatives, executors, and all others from any and all responsibilities or liabilities from injuries, damages, or losses.
Users hereby do give and release to WhenEver Events and successors, legal representatives, licensees and assign my absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission and ownership of any images, video, audio, written description of activities or events, digital images, copyrights, and intellectual property as it relates to WhenEver Events produced by WhenEver Events, the Exhibitor or any guest. This would include any item quoted. I/We also hereby grant WhenEver Events to use the images in any media for any purpose, including but not limited to promotional advertising. I/We agree that the images may be combined with other images, text, and graphics, and cropped, altered, or modified without restrictions and without any claim for compensation. I/We agree that I/We have no rights to any media in connection with the show by WhenEver Events or written subjects or opinions about or for WhenEver Events’ show before, during, or after the show is complete, as any and all rights belong to WhenEver Events. I/We also grant the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission concerning any images that have been taken or may take of the event in which may be included with others, to use, reuse, publish, and republish the video/photographs in whole or in part, individually or in connection with other material, in any and all media now or hereafter known, including the internet, and for any purpose whatsoever, specifically including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, without restriction as to alteration. If the customer desires the intellectual property independent from WhenEver Events he must first receive a written statement from WhenEver Events. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. This authorization /release shall also insure the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, and licensees.

If a show guide is produced for the show, WhenEver Events is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the show guide.

WhenEver Events is not responsible for internet issues, casualty, explosion, fire, lightning, flood, weather, epidemic, earthquake or other Acts of God, acts of public enemies, riots or civil disturbances, strike, lockout or boycott, WhenEver Events will not be responsible for any losses.
Money-back guarantee: Ticket purchases offer a money-back guarantee for no more than 7 days and will be a 100% refund as long as it meets any of these conditions: The user purchased before the show and is asking for a refund before the beginning of the show or if the show has started and the user had entered the show for less than a period of two hours and requested the refund within that time frame.
